The Catholic Schools Office of the Diocese of Maitland Newcastle are embarking on a program of re purposing existing library spaces in their schools into multi-purpose learning hubs. Trinity participated in a three part procurement process from public EOI, select tender and finally value engineering before being awarded the project under lump sum GC21 contract. The project was isolated from the live school environment by redirecting school stakeholders through alternative school entry gates. The site and delivery areas were isolated from all school stakeholders with a separate tradesmen entrance established for movement of materials and trades persons in and out of the site. The strong commitment and loyalty of our local subcontractors ensured the on time completion of the project despite the catastrophic flooding of the Manning River.
