Working for the City of Sydney on this unique building was full of interesting challenges. The high humidity environment had taken its toll on this important community asset. Trinity were engaged to complete the works in stages so as not to impact the centre’s 4:30 am – 10:30 pm daily operations. With the relentless humidity, our team uncovered significant corrosion to stainless and galvanised steel elements that were not foreseen. Trinity quickly dealt with the corrosion to keep the project moving and to hand back bathrooms to minimise the project’s impact on this busy centre.
