St. John Bosco Catholic College

Partnering with Fulton Trotter Architects, Trinity transformed St. John Bosco Catholic College by demolishing 8 GLAs to make space for open plan classrooms that encourage collaborative learning. Refurbishing existing school buildings is a fantastic way to breathe new life into an ageing premises, and this project successfully delivered contemporary learning spaces.

The works included:

  • Science Laboratory
  • Drama Room with Stage Lighting and Tiered Seating
  • Music Room and Recording Studio

Listening to our clients is an integral part of the work that we do; understanding what is important to the client allows us to deliver spaces that best reflect their needs. A top priority on this project was delivering the works whilst minimising disruptions to teaching. Trinity responded by completing noisy works outside of school hours and our Project Team staged the works to allow classes to continue running.

A recording studio and large drama formed an integral part of this project. Unashamedly bold colour palettes, professional stage lighting and acoustic panelling were used with dramatic effect to deliver inviting spaces for students to develop creative passions and build confidence through performance.
