Having previously undertaken works at Richard Johnson Anglican College, Trinity were invited and successfully tendered the school’s junior library and music room refurbishment project. Our business is built on trust, and this repeat engagement reflects Trinity's ability to build strong partnerships and deliver projects with carefully planned methodologies. The project was in the centre of the Block F building which is surrounded by GLAs occupied by prep students. With prep students as young as 5 years old it was essential that Trinity planned the works to provide safe access to the GLAs for students. To keep trades out of view of the young children, tradesmen were allocated a separate access path. This was achieved via solid hoarding and by delineating a path for trades out the back entrance of the building. Noisy works were also undertaken during the school holidays so as not to disrupt and frighten the children (ages 5-7).
