Richard Johnson Anglican College
Having previously undertaken works at Richard Johnson Anglican College, Trinity were invited and successfully tendered the school’s junior library and music room refurbishment project. Our business is built on trust, and this repeat engagement reflects Trinity’s ability to build strong working partnerships and deliver projects that perfectly match client needs.
The works included:
– Junior Library
– Library Office
– Music Room
– Accessible Bathroom
– Corridor Refurbishments
– GLA Painting and Carpet Replacement
The project was in the centre of the Block F building which is surrounded by GLAs occupied by prep students. With prep students as young as 5 years old, it was essential that Trinity planned the works to provide safe access to and from the GLAs for students and to ensure that trades were allocated a separate access path out of view from the children. This was achieved via solid hoarding and by delineating a pathway for trades out the back entrance of the building. Noisy works were also undertaken during the school holidays so as not to disrupt and frighten the young children (ages 5-7).
