Dalmar House

Trinity’s proposals were approved, and our project team was invited to complete the works. The building was fully scaffolded to provide safe access to the steep roof pitch. The scaffold also offered access to the timber windows, which were repaired or replaced depending on their condition. When completing the project, the ground floor was stripped back to its original elements. Our team delivered an office fitout, which transformed the newly exposed heritage elements into feature pieces, enhancing the building’s character.
