This well presented project included front of house Reception, Client Lounge, Boardroom and Meeting Rooms. Work zones for staff and directors, and coordinated the installation of workstations. In addition, the scope of works included the installation and commissioning of all building services and AV to suit the fitout.
Trinity’s pre-construction involvement of this project ensured the high end specifications and finishes were identified early, and any potential risks to the project were mitigated to ensure a high quality result.
Effective communication between Building Management, Base Building Contractors and Trinity was essential throughout the project and a unified approach was successful. Stakeholder collaboration was a high priority due to ongoing base building works in and around the tenancy.
