Legal Aid Penrith
The Legal Aid Penrith project involved the fitout of a shared space with the Local Land Council. The demolition and fitout of the space was undertaken whilst the Local Land Council remained in occupation and conducted business as usual. The project included Design and Construction of Services.
These services were successfully designed and installed to meet the requirements of a “Green Lease”, to ensure the minimisation of the services usage over the building footprint. The project included demolition works, plasterboard and glazed partitions, carpet tiles, joinery and furniture.
The Reception area was finished with an integrated joinery counter and large seated waiting area.
In a value engineering exercise the existing workstations were refurbished providing the opportunity for the Client to relocate funds elsewhere into the project. A sustainable fitout completed on time and in budget.
