Bethlehem College

This project was marked as an opportunity for the science department to reinvent its self and encourage interest in the sciences.

The existing labs where stripped back to concrete shell and a blank canvas was established. Keeping gas and hydraulic services around the perimeter of the room enabled the centre of the rooms to be layed with modular collaborative learning tables.

Colourback glass splashbacks were installed generously around the room to enable whiteboard markers to be used on the splashbacks by teachers and students alike during learning.

Additional windows were installed to increase natural light into the labs and open the science labs up to the internal corridor.

New Ceilings, vinyl and flotex flooring, joinery and lighting finished off the new fitout and accomplished the objective of increasing the appeal of the sciences with this new modern facility.
