Partnering with Fulton Trotter Architects, Trinity Quality Interiors undertook demolition and fitout of new Drama, Science, Music and General Learning spaces at St. John Bosco College, Engadine.
The existing buildings had not seen any upgrade works since their 1970’s construction. This in and of itself uncovered extensive unforeseen asbestos remediation works, DDA upgrades and services backbone works to the electrical and plumbing connections to the building.
With these critical upgrades completed the fitout works proceeded with careful programming around the Colleges normal operations.
The new spaces added great value to the Colleges Arts & Science departments class offering.
