Working directly for the Client, Trinity was appointed to undertake this D & C project for a start-up wealth management company. Working to an agreed square metre rate, Trinity proceeded to appoint an interior designer to work alongside Trinity in collaboration with the Client, to achieve the desired outcome of functionality, cost effectiveness and quality in a short time frame.
Open book budgets were provided on an ongoing basis throughout the design development process. This transparency of project costs enabled value engineering throughout the design period to achieve a functional BOH office area, with professional Client facing meeting spaces , all within the clients initial business case budget.
Trinity project managed the whole process from concept, CDC, CC and OC requirements through the appointed PCA, and excellent management of WHS, Quality and Program ensuring efficient delivery of this fit out for our Clients new business venture.
