DESCRIPTION OF WORKS
The project at 201 Elizabeth Street, Sydney was to refurbish an operating office facility and consolidate operations from 4 floors to 3 floors while allowing for on-going office work flow. The client, Transgrid, occupied 5,000 square metres of office space over four floors and wanted to consolidate it’s operations by more efficient and effective across three floors or 3800 square metres, with the same number of staff.
The project was scheduled over a tight fifteen week period. Focusing on one floor at a time, the area was totally refurbish and fit-out completed so that 33% of the staff were relocated across three stages. This ‘state of the art’ fit- out complies with high levels of government green policy and environmentally friendly building products. This project highlights the standards that are expected in fit- out and refurbishment projects of today and which TRINITY QUALITY INTERIORS is proud to be associated with.
