DESCRIPTION OF WORKS
Based in the Illwarra region of New South Wales, IMB – a leading Wollongong based bank chose a site at Fairymeadow for a fifty two seat call centre to meet the needs of their customers. Plans were designed by the architect Custance Associates to provide the new call centre within 1000 m2 facility.
A high level of sophisticated Data and Electrical cabling was a key feature of the project. In addition, break out areas and places for staff to relax away from the intense call centre environment were provided. The relaxation facilities were enhanced by loose furniture, decorative screens and wall panelling. TRINITY QUALITY INTERIORS managed and delivered the project on-time and on-budget to the satisfaction of the architect and client.
